Spanish Liga kicks off with a bang

After taking the first week off because of the strike. Spain's La Liga got started on Saturday. Stuck at work only got to watch highlights and the Real Madrid game i had recorded. Like last year Barcelona and Real Madrid showed the are the best teams in the league and the world. Both clubs one easily.


The newcomers had a good matchday you could say. Newcomer Betis defeated fellow newcomer Granada 1-0 and Rayo Vallecano drew their match 1-1.

Roberto Soldado scored three goals for Valencia

Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid scored three times joining Roberto Soldado of Valencia atop the goal standings. Lionel Messi(Barcelona), Imanol Agirretxe(Real Sociedad) and Alvaro Negredo(Sevilla FC) all scored twice in the first matchday.

We have 11 days until the next matchday. Matches to look forward to are Valencia vs Atletico Madrid and Sevilla FC vs Villarreal

Finally the strike is over, and it looks like another easy season for both Real and Barca. The hard part is winning the entire thing.
