Six matches all squared heading into final matchup in Europa League
July 6th 2011 02:17
Some say when you tie its just like a lose. To me that isn't always true. The six road teams that drew their first matches in the Europa League should feel like winners. These teams will travel home with the chance of advancing on the home field.
Here are the Results from these six matches:
Home Team Away Team
FC Honka Espoo(Finland) 0-0 JK Nomme Kalju(Estonia)
UN Kaerjeng 97 (Luxembourg) 1-1 BK Hacken(Sweden)
The New Saints FC(Wales) 1-1 Cliftonville FC(Northern Ireland)
Olimpik-Suvalan PFK(Azerbaijan) 1-1 FC Minsk(Belarus)
FC Koper(Slovenia) 1-1 FC Shakhter Karagandy(Kazakhstan)
NK Siroki Brijeg(Bosnia-Herzegovina) 0-0 NK Olimpija Ljubljana(Slovenia)
Like i said before the road team now host the next match. All matches will take place on July 7,2011
The winners on aggregate will advance to the second round of the Europa League.
