Blackpool will make its first venture into the English Premier league becoming the 44th diffenent team to compete.
Blackpool earned its way in by winning the English Champions League playoff to become the third team to advance to the next tier.
Blackpool will begin play against Wigan Athletic on Aug 14, 2010
Blackpool was led last year by Charlie Adam 16 goals, Brett Ormerod 11 goals, D.J. Campbell 8 goals and Ben Burgess, Gary Taylor-Fletcher with six goals.
Burgess is not with the teams after signing with Notts County and Campbell was on loan and his future with the team is in doubt.
