Birmingham City (Blues) finished last season in ninth place their highest finish in the English Premier League and their high finish in a top level league since 58/59.
With 50 pts scored last year hopes are high for the Blues this year. The Blues are a dominating team at home winning 8 drawing 9 and only losing two games.
Cameron Jermoe scored 11 goals last year to pace Birmingham while Lee Bowyer and James McFadden scored five apiece.
The Blues have brought in Ben Foster(Manchester United), Nikola Zigc(Valencia) and Enric Valles(NAC Breda) to help them finish even higher this year.
The Blues will open the season with a away contest against Sunderland.
