Meet the Teams 2011-2012 UEFA Tournament: HJK Helsinki

Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi or internationally known as HJK Helsinki is the second team to qualify for the 2011-2012 Champions League Tournament.
Generally considered Finland's biggest club, HJK is also the most successful Finnish club in terms of league championships with 22. The club has also won ten Finnish Cups and four Finnish League Cups. Many of Finland's internationally most successful players have played for HJK before moving abroad.
HJK plays in the Veikkausliiga league it is the premier division of Finnish football, comprising the top 14 clubs of the country. Veikkausliiga is currently ranked as the 28th best league in Europe.
The season is not completely over with one matchday remaining but HJK have already clinched the title.
So far in 25 matches HJK has won 15 matches and tied seven giving them 52 points on the season.
Juho Makela has scored 16 goals on the season for HJK while Dema leads the team with 5 assists.
HJK will enter the 2011-2012 Champions league tournament in the second Qualifying round.
HJK defeated FK Ekranas 2-1 aggregate to advance to the third round of qualifying against FK Partizan where the lost 1-5 in aggregate scoring in this years Champions League Tournament.
