Martin Jol has successful opening match with Fulham

Martin Jol started his Fulham career with a 3-0 home victory over NSI Runavik of the Faroe Islands.
Fulham outshoot Runavik 13 to 1 to control the match from the start. Damien Duff scored in the 33rd minute followed by Captain Danny Murphy's penalty goal in the 61st minute. Andrew Johnson capped of the night for Fulham with a goal in the 70th minute.
Fulham had an impressive 14 corners to go along with those 13 shots on goal. The score could have been alot worse. Jol hopes to get his club focused for the rematch on the 7th of July in the Faroe Islands with a shot at the second round at stake.
Fulham a member of the Barclay's Premier League is the biggest name in the competition playing right now and the focus is on them and Jol shinning on their way thru the stages. Jol wasn't pleased his team scored only three goals but the should win on the road also to easily advance to the next round.
