Manchester City falls farther behind

David Edwards second half goal gave the Wolverhampton Wolves a 2-1 victory over Manchester City.
City got a pentaly goal from Emmanuel Adebayor in the 23 rd minute but could not keep the lead long as Nenad Milijas would score seven minutes later to tie the match.
Wolverhampton got only their second win on the season and now have 9 points on the season. Manchester City will fall further behind Chelsea with the lose and now are eight points behind the defending champs.
With games against West Brom and Manchester United on the horzion things do not look good for City and their bid to get back to Champions League soccer.
