Hughton tells Carroll don't get cocky!

Newcastle United Manager Hughton doesn't want the 21 year old Carroll thinking he can get a hat trick every week.
Andy Carroll has a bright future in the EPL and his stock rose alot after a three goal effort against Aston Villa.
Hughton said:"What he has realised and does realise is that days like the day he had on Sunday, he will have equally as many bad days." He also said" It comes with the territory as a centre-forward. There will be good spells and bad spells and its working through those spells."
Carroll is a player with a very bright future even against Manchester United in Week one you could see the talent is there.
