German's Bundesliga league entering last matchday

May 11th 2011 14:54

Lots of things are settled in the Bundesliga league. We know Borussia Dortmund is the Champion and we know Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich are in the Champions League. Now Leverkusen and Munich are still playing for the second spot to earn the group stage in Champions League instead of the Qualifying round.

Hannover 96 and Mainz have both made the Europa for next year while St. Pauli knows the have been relegated already.

Three teams are fighting for the 15th spot in the league knowing the will be free from relegation. Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Monchengladbacha and VFL Wolfsburg are all within one point of each other. The 17th place team will be relegated while the 16th place team will place the 3rd place team from Bundesliga 2 to determine who will be in next years Bundesliga league. The 15th place team will be safe.

Hertha BSC knows the have been promoted to the Bundesliga next season by winning the Bundesliga 2 title.

Unless something crazy happens Mario Gomez of Bayern Munich will be the top goal scorer for the league. He has 27 goals right now.

I hope Wolfsburg doesn't get relegated. They aren't that bad of a team at all. Dortmund is one of my favorite teams, so I am very happy that they won the title. Mario Gomez had the goals, but we all know that Arjen Robben was the best player in the BL this season.
