Barclays Premier League season to begin Saturday

Well its that time of the year again as we get ready for the greatest soccer league in the world. The Barclays Premier League is the best league in the world hands down and also has the most recongized team in Manchester United.
Myself being American soccer or like every other country calls it football was never a big thing for me growing up. I enjoyed playing it with friends but never watched it or even heard of the Red Devils. But, as i got older and my son started playing soccer i started following it more and more.
My son plays for the local high school and is playing on a travel team and i have turned into loving the game. I watch the old matches from last year and try and catch up on my knowledge of the sport.
I have decided to focus this year on the Barclays Premier League and i am looking forward to blogging about the upcoming season and giving my impression on teams and certain players.
The season kicks off on August 14 with 8 matches followed by one each the next two nights.
I will do my very best to cover every team and also give as many stats as i can. So please check back or follow the blog to get all the lastest news and scores. I will also have alot of breaking news articles from different websites like Fox Sports Soccer or ESPN.com and of course the Barclays Premier League homepage. On these article i will just copy word for word what the reporter stated. I fell that these guys are all talented writers and should not be misquoted or worse.
Also, please leave comments of what you think about the current season and the future of the game.
